I always HIGHLY recommend my couples to book the venue before booking with the photographer, it makes things flow much easier and less stressful. If you have any other questions don't be afraid to always reach out.

It will depend on your photography package, I usually deliver 50 - 70 EDITED images per hour. For example, an 8 hour package would be receiving an estimated 500 pictures.
